The search for a reliable solution

Centime's team was on a mission to centralize their tech stack. By consolidating onto HubSpot, they successfully created a streamlined, unified platform for most of their teams.

However, their SDR team, operating in a highly dial-driven culture, didn’t benefit as much as other departments. HubSpot’s dialer lacked the features needed to improve their connect rates, which became a critical bottleneck.

We don't have a ton of email success with this audience. So it's very much a dial-driven culture around here. Our reps felt like the HubSpot dialer didn’t have the same power as our previous one, and connect rates were really low.
