We’re thrilled to announce an exciting upgrade to our customer support system! We’re transitioning from Zendesk to DevRev, a move designed to elevate your support experience.

While our commitment to exceptional support remains the same, DevRev will introduce a sleek, customer-centric support widget within the Orum app, delivering enhanced features to make your support experience even smoother and more intuitive.

What’s New?

1. The New Support Widget

  • Intuitive and Interactive: The most visible change for users is a new support widget within the Orum app, offering streamlined access to support services. If you need assistance, this widget becomes your go-to gateway for all support needs.
  • AI-Enhanced Support: We’ve integrated new, AI-driven knowledge resources, allowing customers to explore solutions instantly. Have a quick question? The widget provides smart, self-service answers in real-time.
  • Manage Tickets with Ease: The widget’s support portal allows you to view and manage all your active tickets directly within Orum, saving you time and effort.

2. A Support Portal Built for You

  • Along with the in-app widget, we’re bringing a new, modern look to our online support portal at support.orum.com. Here, customers can submit requests, manage open tickets, and explore an improved knowledge base. Our support portal remains a dependable resource, with even more user-friendly access to the information and guidance you need.

Familiar, But Better: Seamless Transition for Current Requests

We’re keeping things easy for you. All active support tickets and requests will transfer seamlessly into our new DevRev-powered system.

No action is needed on your end! You can count on the same reliability with new, upgraded tools to interact with our support team.
