Announcing Orum + Outreach Kaia for full outbound visibility
Orum and Outreach Kaia now work together to capture conversational insights across the full funnel.

Outreach Kaia provides full visibility into the outbound funnel beyond calling, connecting phone conversations with conversational intelligence from emails, demos, and more all in one place.
With this enhancement to our existing Outreach integration, Orum call recordings flow directly into Kaia, closing the loop between execution and insight. Orum helps teams run their calling system. Kaia helps teams see the full outbound picture. Together, they give sales leaders the visibility and control needed to perfect their outbound motion and drive more consistent pipeline.

Call from numbers you already own
Now, teams can bring an existing personal number into Orum, verify it, and use it directly when dialing, just like any other call-from number.
That means reps can:
- Add an external number they already own
- Verify it inside Orum
- Select it in dialer options as their call-from and callback number
This is especially useful for:
- International SDR teams that already own compliant local numbers
- Reps continuing active conversations who want calls to come from a familiar number

Automatic Country Code Matching
International connect rates shouldn’t depend on reps remembering to switch country codes when dialing. Orum now automatically matches country codes when dialing globally, so reps always call from the right country without thinking. The result is stronger pickup rates and consistent performance as teams scale.
Shareable Coaching Portal Links
Reps and managers now have unique, shareable links to their Coaching Portal profiles. Add them to recurring 1:1 invites, drop them in Slack, or save them in docs so both sides come prepared and coaching insights stay front and center.
