What’s New
Custom AI Scorecards
Custom AI Scorecards are now fully available for customers on Orum’s AI Coaching Suite Plan. Managers and Leaders can build scorecards tailored to their motion and assign to specific teams or add custom sections to the default scorecard for everyone.
Here’s what’s new:
- Create custom scorecards aligned to your exact talk tracks and criteria.
- Assign scorecards to be used across specific teams.
- Add custom sections to the default scorecard to further evaluate your team; perfect for specific talk tracks
Custom AI Scorecards bring structured, repeatable evaluation to every conversation, giving managers a scalable way to coach at depth.

iOS Call Screener Detection and Auto-Message Drop
Orum now detects iOS Call Screeners and when parallel dialing, lets teams automatically drop a pre-recorded opener when a screener is encountered.

Live Transfer
Live Transfer is now available for all customers, allowing teams to seamlessly pass a connected call from an SDR to an AE inside of Orum instantly.

SSO

Any team can now use SSO to manage authentication across Orum.
SSO brings:
- Centralized identity management
- Faster onboarding and offboarding
- Reduced password resets and login friction
- Compliance-grade access control
A new Salesfloor Dashboard
You may have noticed a new dashboard when you first log-in to Orum.
The new homepage includes:
- Real-time leaderboards
- Live stats that update continuously
- A cleaner layout to keep reps focused
- Faster visibility into team performance and momentum
This new dashboard sets the stage for the next wave of Salesfloor improvements coming later this year.

Dialer Enhancements
- You can now filter lists by temperature with Hot, Cold, and the new Neutral option for more precise targeting.
- Boost Connect now lives inside the Call From menu, making number selection simpler and more intuitive.
- AI Notes automatically append to manual notes and sync to your CRM or SEP, even if logged before the AI note is ready.
- Phone number selectors now clearly show available UK and Canada numbers.
- Teams can filter out DNC numbers directly from enrichment settings to keep lists cleaner and compliant.
- Orum can auto-open URLs like CRM records when a call connects, helping reps move faster with less clicking.
Salesfloor Enhancements
- Salesfloor now includes live reactions so teams can celebrate wins and momentum together in real time.
- Power Dialing no longer pulls you out of Salesfloor when a call connects, keeping your workflow uninterrupted.
- Tile highlighting, chat responsiveness, and layout handling on Salesfloor are all smoother and more consistent.
AI Coaching Suite Enhancements
- AI Roleplay now lives in the Coaching tab with cleaner cards, a gallery view, and faster navigation.
- Non-English roleplay accents sound more natural with upgraded backend models for global training needs.
- You can search roleplay scenarios by name or description to find the right simulation instantly.
- Managers can filter roleplay history by any date range and drill into individual reps or scenarios.
- Every scorecard now shows its criteria, version, and all custom sections for full clarity and transparency.
- Slack alerts now show AI call scores with a direct link to the scorecard for fast review.
- “Needs Improvement” and similar rows are now clickable and open deeper insights instantly.
- Objection detection accuracy is improved with a new OpenAI model and fixes for misclassified responses.
- Default coaching insight triggers are updated, with connect rate insights below 6% and objection wins below 10%.
Integration Enhancements
- Outreach persona filters now sync into Orum so reps can dial based on targeted persona lists.
- Apollo sequence step names now appear inside Orum, making it easy to see exactly where a prospect sits.
- CSV imports are faster with inline renaming, simpler uploads, and clearer error messaging.
- CSV List ownership can now be transferred without losing dialing history, with notifications for both owners.
- All CSV fields now pass through Webhooks, giving customers a complete and consistent data pipeline.
