Your reps are training hard. And now you can track it.

We’ve launched new analytics view inside Orum’s AI Roleplay, giving you insight into adoption, engagement, and where to focus coaching efforts.

A Clearer Picture of Rep Training

Inside Orum, you’ll now find two new analytics views purpose-built for coaching:

1. Rep-Level Summaries

Get a quick, at-a-glance snapshot of individual rep activity:

  • Total time spent training
  • Number of simulations completed
  • Average duration per session

Great for understanding who’s putting in the work and who might need a nudge.

2. Session History

A more detailed breakdown of every training session:

  • Which rep ran which scenario
  • How long did it last for
  • When they practiced

This makes it easy to see who’s practicing what and how much effort they’re putting in.

Data You Can Use Anywhere

Both views can be exported as CSVs for additional analysis or reporting.

This makes it easier to answer questions like:

  • Are new hires engaging with onboarding scenarios?
  • Which reps are actively practicing our latest product pitch?
  • Who’s investing time in skill development and how often?

It’s a simple way to tie activity to performance without needing to micromanage.

More to Uncover, More to Build

Every manager knows coaching works, but it’s much harder to see if reps are actually training, what they’re training on, and how that effort connects to real improvement.

Orum’s AI Roleplay Analytics gives you visibility into effort, frequency, and focus. And this release is just the start. We’re building toward a more complete view of coaching performance, so be on the lookout for what’s next.

AI Roleplay is live today for all teams on Orum’s new AI Coaching plan

Give it a try or reach out to your Orum team, and we’ll help you get started.
