Orum has partnered with Hiya, the reputation platform behind the spam analytics that the major carriers rely on. That gives us a direct line to monitor, challenge, and clear spam flags — something most dialing platforms can't do. Here's what it unlocks:
- Carrier registration: We register customers' businesses and numbers with all three major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile) so calls are recognized as legitimate, then monitor reputation automatically on an ongoing cadence.
- Active remediation: Flagged numbers go through Hiya's Tier 1 process — usually resolved within hours, with a 50–60% success rate — and we're automating submissions after every reputation check.
- Number retirement: If remediation fails, we retire and replace persistently flagged numbers so reps never dial on damaged inventory.
- In-product visibility: Hiya's reputation data is coming into Orum, alongside root-cause insights that help us build guardrails before numbers get flagged.
