AI Notes now deliver a more structured output, formatted as a bulleted list that's faster to scan. Reps and managers can quickly see who was on the call, why the prospect is interested, which products came up, and what the next steps are. AI Notes are also an admin setting now, under System > Generative AI, so admins can turn them off for the whole org whenever they choose.
