We're a HubSpot Platinum Partner with 30,000+ hours of HubSpot expertise. We've managed three of HubSpot's global lighthouse accounts and worked across dozens of HubSpot instances over many years, with hundreds of active workflows in production.

Our clients are B2B companies that want HubSpot to run their go-to-market, not just store their contacts. We help them design the outbound motion, build the reporting, and train the reps.

Orum is one of the tools we recommend for outbound-heavy teams. When a client adds it, we handle the HubSpot integration, set up calling workflows their reps will use, and make sure the call data flowing back into HubSpot is clean enough to coach from. One client went from 2% to over 40% of 25,000 target accounts in six months.

Services Offered:

HubSpot + Orum Implementation:
We set up Orum and connect it cleanly to HubSpot so call data, dispositions, and follow-up tasks flow into the right places automatically. Most implementations we inherit have gaps in this integration. We close them, or we build it right from the start.

Outbound Motion Design:
We design the full outbound motion: sequences, call cadences, list segmentation, and the logic that tells reps who to contact and when. Orum is most effective when the strategy behind it is built intentionally. That’s the work we do first.

RevOps Reporting & Dashboards:
We build the reporting infrastructure that gives sales leaders a clear view of what’s working. That means connecting Orum activity to pipeline and revenue in HubSpot so managers can coach to real numbers, not gut feel.

Rep Enablement & Call Coaching:
We train reps on the behaviors that turn live conversations into booked meetings: talk tracks, objection handling, Orum’s coaching tools, and the cadence habits that separate consistent performers from inconsistent ones.

We work directly with founders, CEOs, and VPs of Sales, Marketing, and Growth. The leaders we work best with are the ones who own Revenue (Sales & Marketing) or RevOps as part of a broader role but don’t have the time or in-house expertise to build it the right way.
