Orum users can now dial into more than 70 countries

Previously, we shared news of Orum’s international expansion when sales professionals could initially call into more than 40 countries. We’re excited to announce that the number has grown to over 70 countries globally.

This includes expansion into Latin American and Caribbean countries. The expansion of Orum’s international dialing capabilities continues to be one of the most requested feature additions, and we’re excited to continue to provide new growth opportunities to Orum customers.

What countries can Orum users call into?

Orum users can now make calls into the following countries:

How can Orum users dial into international countries?

Dialing functionality will depend on the primary language spoken and local laws and regulations. In some countries, users will be able to power and parallel dial with all of the AI automation, while in other countries, users will only be able to use the power dialing and click-to-call options.

Local laws may limit automation functionality. This includes the legality of call recordings, call monitoring, and turning off the detector. However, all calls made in Orum are included in analytics and reporting.

Can Orum users get call-from numbers for each country?

It depends on the country, as each has laws and regulations surrounding local call-from numbers. We will continue to work within each country’s laws in a compliant manner to provide calls from numbers as quickly as possible.

If existing Orum customers are interested in procuring call-from numbers for any of the countries listed above, they should contact their Orum representative. In countries where this option is currently available, the timeline to deliver numbers is highly variable, dependent on each country's laws and regulations.
