The Three Types of Web Navigation

Regardless of the type of website we’re working on, we always encounter three basic types of navigation. This article attempts to identify and describe each. Although process-oriented websites share the same navigational types, it’s easier to describe from a content-oriented perspective. These different types of navigation are based on the different styles of finding information, but that’s for the next iteration of this article.

Why Democrats are missing the point if they think this is a cultural shift

I’ve read a bunch of articles discussing whether the Democrat victory in the recent election is indicative of a general political shift, or whether it’s the result of correctable Republican errors. This seems to be missing the larger picture: that regardless of errors (and there have been many), the Republican party under George W. Bush has changed politically.
